Delivery & Pickup
Sydney Electronics fast and efficient service ensures you receive your items quick, safe and hassle free. We generally dispatch all items on the same day of purchase, if made before 3pm and payment has cleared. Any purchases made after 3pm are dispatched the next working day via Australia Post or TNT Express. Any larger items (i.e. white goods, cooking appliances, etc.) are dispatched within 1-2 working days, from the date of purchase and payment clearance. Sydney Electronics may also have items delivered by one of our couriers.
Although most items dispatched within the Sydney Metro area include free shipping, we advise that you contact us if you have any doubts. Items with free shipping Australia wide are usually marked as 'Free Shipping' in the product description, or at check-out. Please be advised that we may be required to charge you an extra delivery fee after purchase has been made, which we will advise you on. It should be noted that some delivery and dispatch delays may occur in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays. Please contact us if your item is taking longer than expected time to arrive. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, charges, costs and/or expenses which may arise from late deliveries. We are also not responsible for any delivery delays from an incorrect address provided to us. The customer is required to check all items upon delivery for any damages which may have occurred during transit, and if items are taken or signed for, Sydney Electronics will not be liable.
Sydney Electronics only ships Door to Door (unless specified or agreements have been made). Please ensure access is made for the couriers/delivery personnel. It is recommended that you check the item dimensions against your entry points.
We also recommend that in cases where multiple items are purchased, you contact us. These cases may involve lower postage costs or free shipping.
Pickup is available from our Sydney Location. Please contact us prior to any pickups to ensure your item/s are available and ready for pickup. In cases where items may be in our warehouse locations, we will notify you of the most suitable time and date for pickup. Please find out pickup details below:
